PrimeSpark IT respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy
Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and the business name.
- Contact details (email address, phone number, business address).
- Business information you provide for your website (e.g. a description of your business, services, hours).
- Your ABN, where relevant (e.g. for a
.com.au domain).
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data when you use our website (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.
Why we collect it
- To build, deliver, and host your website.
- To register or connect a domain on your behalf, if requested.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide support and communicate with you about your service.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to deliver the service, with providers such as:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our hosting/server infrastructure — to host your website.
- Domain registrar (e.g. Porkbun) — to register or manage domains, where requested.
- AI provider (e.g. Anthropic/OpenAI) — to generate website content from the business details you provide.
- Email/SMTP provider — to send you credentials and service emails.
We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas; we take reasonable steps
to ensure your information is handled appropriately.
How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access,
including secured servers and restricted access to credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work
to keep your data safe and to limit what we retain to what we need.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/tax obligations,
then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
- You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@primesparkit.com.au.
- If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Our website and the sites we build may use cookies and basic analytics to function and to understand usage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
